How do I take the poles out of the sleeves without the poles separating on the Sunda 2.0?

When removing the tent poles of the Sunda 2.0 from the sewn channels on the rainfly, to prevent the tent poles from separating you will push the poles out of the sewn channels rather than pull.

This will prevent the poles from separating inside the channel.
