As part of our commitment to sustainable, lasting gear, we strive to repair our gear in-house whenever possible. If you think the damage qualifies to be repaired under our lifetime warranty, please complete the Warranty Claim Form.
For gear repairs not under warranty, you may initiate a repairs case by visiting our Contact Us page, and send a message to us and including:
- Your name
- Order number (if applicable)
- Product name
- Photo of the area to be repaired
- A short description of what went wrong
- Your shipping address
If your case is not covered by our warranty, you will incur a small repairs fee equal to the shipping cost plus hourly repair rate. Kammok repairs will not void your product against future warranty claims.
Please allow up to 10 business days for repairs to be completed and shipped back.
Due to team holiday schedules, the Kammok team will not be able to service any repairs from December 15-December 31, 2019. We'll take care of it in the new year.
