We're so sorry to hear something's gone wrong with your product!
If you believe there has been a manufacturing error, please see our warranty and submit a claim. Please note that our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear-and-tear, including damage that occurs due to normal aging of goods.
- Cosmetic wear unrelated to function or safety, such as loose threads, scuffs, or stains.
- Misuse such as jumping, swinging, or surpassing weight capacity limits.
- UV Damage caused by leaving product out in elements, instead of packing after each use as recommended.
- Accidents that are not caused by the integrity of the product, such as rips and tears caused by animals or sharp objects or burns from fire embers or cigarettes.
- Altering the product to change the functionality, or not used for its intended purpose.
- Cord or stuff sack/bag replacement.
- Lost or stolen gear.
- Outlet products.
If you product has been damaged due to one of the above reasons or anything else not covered by our warranty and you'd like to see if you can order a replacement part rather than an entirely new product, please email us at hello@kammok.com with your full name, shipping address, the part(s) you'd like to order, and photos of the damaged parts. Make sure your product is registered!
