We’re committed to minimizing our footprint, so we make an effort to repair any damage before replacing gear. We evaluate each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of equipping you with safe, functioning gear ready for adventure.
Two Year Warranty
We offer a two year limited warranty on all hard-good products including Crosswing, Outpost, Swiftlet, Swiftlet Extension Bar, Swiftlet Shade Kit, and Crosswing and Outpost mounting hardware. If any of these products become non-functioning or defective during the first two years after purchase, we will make an effort to repair your gear, or if necessary, replace it.
Lifetime warranty
We offer an industry leading lifetime warranty on all soft-good products including hammocks, blankets, quilts, tarps, pads, and pillows. If during the lifetime of your Kammok soft-good product, it becomes non-functioning or defective, we will make an effort to repair your gear, or if necessary, replace it.
Please note that our warranty only covers registered products purchased from Kammok.com or authorized resellers with proof of purchase. We do not support warranties for purchases made on eBay or non-Kammok Amazon Marketplace sellers.
