Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with the tracking information.
Unfortunately, once the package has shipped and is in the carrier's hands, we have very little control. We recommend submitting a claim or service request with your carrier as the recipient of the package.
If you have a question about why your tracking has not updated or where your package is, please contact the carrier with your provided tracking number.
