Contact Us immediately with your order number ready. We recommend calling or chatting us during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm) for us to address your request quickly. If you send us an email, we may not see your request in time before it ships.
Our warehouse works quickly due to the volume of orders we receive, and we aren't able to stop an individual package once it's been sent with the postal carrier. If you have received a tracking notification email from us then we are no longer able to cancel, however you can request a return once the products have been received.
